Counselling and diagnostic support for organisations
Leaders in organisations produce business plans to enable them to achieve their three or five year plans but how many actually know what each and every member of staff needs to do or contribute or how they can measure that contribution?
HR has many different aspects of the business to manage including recruitment and selection, managing the employee relationship, learning and development and grievance and disciplinary procedures, TUPE, redundancies to name a few.
If Health & Safety is added, perhaps they need a helping hand to help them see the ‘wood for the trees?’, add a little objectivity or simply stand back and look at the bigger strategic picture before returning to the tactical implementation of the plans or, worse still, fire fighting to introduce cost savings through reducing head count or budget cuts.
Through years of strategic development experience and hands on tactical implementation, The Pentire-Partnership, in association with its training arm, Charity Direction, has consulted, advised, recommended and delivered efficient and effective training plans for individuals, departments and whole organisations tailored to meet organisational needs.
When the question is asked “How do we know we are getting the right training and that its value for money?” We can demonstrate that all our training interventions, operational support and consultancy is aimed at just one target – the achievement the strategic plan through trained, motivated, engaged individuals who are able to see their role in the larger context.
There is no ‘off the shelf, set menu’ for our training. None of it is ‘bog standard’ and we know, from experience, that ‘one size does not fit all’ so the inputs are tailored and the outcomes unique to the Third Sector although based on National Standards and keenly monitored by our awarding organisation to ensure that qualifications achieved by individuals are worth something nationally, organisationally and, most importantly, to the individual who have achieved them.

So, what else can we offer to hard working, dedicated employees to recognise their efforts towards the corporate goals?
